I am a real estate agent and use Justin for both my personal home and for my clients when they need anything done with fireplaces/chimneys! They are honest and affordable. When they are finished with the work, they clean up after themselves and it looks as good as it did when they got there.
Justin is the 2nd generation owner and is doing a great job w customer service. This is a family business that does the job right the first time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Just had a visit from these guys - was amazing. I'm a new home owner so he answered all of my questions about my specific fireplace (what types of fuel it burns, options in terms of gas conversion of the unit etc). There was a bit of a miscommunication in terms of price, but they honored my thoughts on it, which was really appreciated. I ended up having them chimney sweep and then install a Gas starter. These guys were second call I made - first place I called never answered/returned my calls...so called these guys and they called me back in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.
My husband had one company come out and they didn’t clean, and barley inspected the fireplace. Just said we needed 2k in repairs. We had Justin and Steve come out and they confirmed that the first quy was about as honest as a used car dealer. They took the time to explain things, showed pictures, and voiced concerns. We will be using them every year for our fireplace. If you’re looking for honest work that’s quality and reliable I would highly suggest them. Family owned and a local business.
