Great place, no fluff. Need something done, ask and drop it off. No BS involved. Actually a pleasing experience.

My husband brought our car in for state inspection. Something needed to be fixed. Part was ordered and 2 days later, my car was fixed and state inspection finished. Completely affordable and quick. Truly a hidden gem. We will definitely be back if anything is needed for our car.

I was actually across the way having a bite to eat tonight, not at Childress Service Center. Childress is a great family owned vehicle service center. Fast fair prices and prompt repairs. I've personally been using Childress's for over 40 years. It's changed hands a few times, always remaining in the family.

Never will I ever take my car to any other mechanic in the 757, ever again. Childress was able to do what Winner's Circle Nissan couldn't for about 15x less money, with 100% better customer service (shout out to Jessica for outstanding customer service and for being a wonderful human being!! 😍😍😍), and 1000% more integrity. My only issue with Childress is that I have to drop my car off and leave it "until they get back to me", so I had to plan to be without a car for at least a day. I got my state inspection done here. Everything went reasonably quickly, with a good system in place for managing Covid risk. Staff was friendly and responsive I showed up just before they opened at 7am, and my car was done at 8:10. They look run down, but get the job done.
