This is a ZERO STAR rating. We took in a vacuum cleaner for repair, and were given an estimate of $38.00. It was a reasonable estimate so when they called us, we confirmed the agree'd on price. When we went to pick it up, however, they charged us $63.00 and argued with us that they had never given us any estimate.
If you are looking for a built to last vacuum I would highly recommend Chicky & Chippi! I went through so many junk vacuums that I paid a lot of money for. Here I got a Riccar that I absolutely love!!! It has great suction, extremely durable, and light! The staff is patient, friendly, and knowledgeable!!!
Quick service time, and a fair price. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at this shop.
