I contacted this company to repair my washer. Brandon visited on a Thursday and initially quoted $492 for a drain pump replacement, stating it required two people to move the dryer stacked on top. The quote was later adjusted to $466 to include a gasket replacement. I agreed to proceed only if the repair could be completed that same week, as my parents were visiting and flying out Monday. Brandon confirmed it could be done Friday, so I sent a $233 deposit at his request. After receiving payment, he informed me the part was out of stock and rescheduled for Saturday. On Saturday, I stayed home between 1–5 PM as instructed. Despite a message at 3 PM saying they would arrive in 15 minutes, no one showed up. I called, texted, and emailed—no response. Three days later, I reached out again and Brandon answered, unaware the repair hadn’t been completed and having ignored my prior messages. They eventually completed the repair, but did so without moving the dryer—meaning it was not a two-person job as originally claimed. While the repair was ultimately completed, the lack of communication, missed appointments, and misleading information were frustrating. It's important that businesses provide clear timelines and manage expectations honestly, especially when payment is taken upfront.

DO NOT believe these reviews. I paid for some of my commercial gaskets to be repaired on 8/11. To this day I CANNOT get a hold of them nor will they call me back. They left midjob and said they would come back. I have called them maybe 15 times (they have not contacted me once). I spoke to Brandon the owner last week and he told me they would be installed LAST FRIDAY. I have messaged him multiple times since then and he will not pick up anymore. I now have to file a fraud claim with my bank. There are MANY other repair companies in Chicago, please do not waste your time with this company.

Don’t be fooled by the great reviews. We called and trusted this company for getting our refrigerator fixed. They advised we needed to replace the mother board. So we waited until they received the part. First took payment of half the payment in advance which was fair for their trust in their customer, then on July 10, 2025 they replaced the mother board. 1 month after the fridge stopped working completely. And then for one month from August 27 to Sept 25 we have been contacting them to do the job and repair under their warranty. They only gave us the run around. After taking over $600 and a run around and not staying true to their word. It leaves me no choice but to leave a review.
