Bob did the intial consult, estimate and order. Today, Charles replaced the upper solid panel for one with lites (windows). Looks great from the outside, and is no longer dark as a cave on the inside! Thank you for a totally amazing job!
After waiting few months with little communication I got a call saying it’d be next business day. I gave them my schedule of available days. I had a procedure scheduled and other mandatory commitments I couldn’t cancel last minute. Then when I had several days wide open I was told I was now their lowest priority and would have to wait another week - even though they schedule by the day I was told. Who tells their customer they are the lowest priority? I would not have used this company had I known this and now I’m stuck waiting for a time that works best for them because they schedule one day at a time but somehow now they’re not availab... Chris and his other team member came out today. My doors are amazing. But our dog got out. 1 went to help my wife to catch our dog. When Chris was done he also went to help catch our min pin. Can't even began how much help they was. Definitely went way be on their job duties. This company is amazing they do all my company doors too. Thank you guys very much
