We had a great experience with Chem Master. Alex was friendly and professional. He explained the cleaning procedure and about how long it would take. After be cleaned the carpet looked great. he also cleaned a chair and looked great. I would recommend Alex and Chem Master to others. The cost was very reasonable.
We had our basement carpet cleaned & they did an amazing job! The carpets look wonderful and the whole space smells so fresh and clean. They were professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a refresh for their carpets!
Issac cleaned our air ducts and did an excellent job! What a difference! He is such a wonderful person, so easy to talk to and explains everything. Very thoughtful and considerate. Would definitely recommend.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Chem Master. I paid for their upgraded carpet cleaning package that included scrubbing, expecting a noticeably better result. Unfortunately, it was obvious the technician was rushing through the job and taking little pride in the quality of the work. The cleaning felt more like a “get in and get out” situation than a professional service. Two relatively new stains—a coffee stain that was only a couple months old and a red wine stain that was less than two days old—were barely affected. Ironically, the only areas that appeared clean were the spots that had been covered by large furn... I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Chem Master. What made this even more frustrating was discovering the next day that I could remove all of the remaining stains myself with my personal Bissell. I didn’t even pre-treat the carpet—just ran over the areas, and the stains came up easily. The carpet looked the way I originally expected it to look after a professional cleaning. To be clear, the carpet was well-prepared. The night before the appointment, it was thoroughly vacuumed to remove fine dirt, so this wasn’t a case of excessive soil or neglect beforehand. Spending $217 to clean two rooms and then having to redo the work myself was incredibly disappointing. This was easily the biggest waste of money I’ve spent on a home service. I won’t be using Chem Master again, and I won’t be recommending them.
The last two days we had our carpets and ducts cleaned. Devon and Issac did a fabulous job. So professional and detail orientated. We highly recommend Chem Master to anyone who is looking to have this done. Thank you so much.
