Chattanooga and Battlefield Plumbing sent out Martin and Billy for some work I requested. They were able to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Martin and Billy were very professional and very knowledgeable and interesting to communicate with. I would definitely recommend Chattanooga and Battlefield Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
Service-wise, I had an excellent experience with CBP. The two techs who showed up to snake my drain were both friendly and thorough, and the folks I talked with over the phone were also very friendly and helpful. The reason I will not be using this company for any work in the future is simply the price/pricing structure. When I called to schedule the service, I asked how much it would cost to snake a drain and they said $150/hr plus parts. But "parts" apparently means tools needed. I have never seen any company charge for using the tools they're expected to have to complete the job. Another upside was that when I called to confirm this odd pr... But $250 to have a drain cleared is still quite high for me.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had Martin and Billy from Battlefield Plumbing come out to clear a major kitchen drain clog that had built up with years of grease. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and really took their time to make sure the job got done right. They explained everything they were doing, kept me updated, and worked hard the entire time. Even though it was a tough job, they didn’t give up and got the line flowing again. I really appreciate their effort and honesty great guys and solid service. Would definitely recommend Battlefield Plumbing and especially Martin and Billy.
