Bought my fiancee's engagement ring there. I was having trouble getting the exact design I (she) wanted from the big internet vendors. Chase got me the right ring fast and at a price that was only a little more than the internet dealers, and that included resizing and other follow-up service. They also offered a discount on our wedding rings.🙂
These people was really nice and made sure I was happy with my items and they even brought my ring to my house as soon as they got it from FedEx, they will be my go to store from now on
Wonderful service! I've been in twice now for them to fix my husband's watch & for my wedding ring to be resized, cleaned, and polished. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the resizing was a bit of a sticker shock for me but overall great place and we will be returning.
