Charlotte Plumbing was brought in to get to the bottom of why we were not having consistent hot water which had been an ongoing issue since Thanksgiving. Not only did they figure out the issue and resolve it, the tech provided a suggestion so as not to have a reoccurrence. They were extremely responsive and got us on the schedule quickly and wasn’t just prompt but arrived early. I definitely want to use them for any future needs.

I was in dire need with my wife returning home to new counter tops and new sink. Only the sink wasn’t useable.I googled best plumbers in my area and “Charlotte plumbing master” popped up with a 5 star rating. I called bright and early. Tim answered the phone. Asked me what I needed done. I asked if they could send out someone today, he said yes. He gave me an appointment time. Diyan was very knowledgeable. Walked me through everything from start to finish then showed me the pre-bill quote. The price was great for what I needed done. I FaceTime my wife to show her the finished product. The service guy dion was extremely nice and professional. He took his time and explained everything to me and was able to fix what I could afford. Although he doesn't set the price his company is expensive. Overall he did a great job.
