Couldn't recommend enough. Installed a new motherboard and cooling system in a new case for my PC and did it all in 24 hours. Was very responsive from the initial inquiry and answered any question I had. Family owned business and excellent work, can't ask for more.

Best experience I've ever had with computer repair. The Charlotte PC Works entire team is friendly, fast, and efficient. Sometimes the best and brightest tech minds can be a little patronizing and talk beyond your comprehension level, but here, it's different. They explain things in a way that you understand without feeling like you are an idiot for not understanding things the way they do. It's quite the opposite with the Charlotte PC crew. I have already been back 3 times with a few desktops and laptops, and the team has gone above and beyond any expectations with computer repair. Love these guys! Highly recommend!! 😁

When good customer is a thing of the past. Not this company. It's alive and well! Moved to this area 5 mo. Ago and hv had some unpleasant experiences. Had this company help me with my laptop. Excellent customer service . They will definitely be my go to for all my computer needs!
