Charlotte Fence has been amazing to work with throughout the whole process. They communicated early and often making it really easy to understand what was going on. We had two neighbors who already had fence plans and Charlotte Fence worked with us to coordinate the fence. We had a last minute change in the fence and they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even reducing our cost based on the reduced need. Anderson was especially helpful throughout the whole process and deserves all the praise! We would definitely recommend friends and family to use their services!

I had a fence installed this past Thursday. While the quality of the installation looks great, the crew was unfortunately one post short of completing the project. I was initially informed they would return Friday around 3:00 PM to finish. However, at that time, I received a call stating they were running late and would arrive either later that evening or on Saturday. As of Saturday afternoon, after having to reach out myself for an update, I received a text message indicating the completion has now been pushed to Monday. While the workmanship appears solid, the lack of proactive communication and the multiple scheduling delays regarding the final piece of the project have been disappointing.
