Great products and customer service! I went in thinking I’d want one kind of fridge but after the sales associate heard my needs and wants he recommended another and was totally right! Love our fridge and love the customer support that came with it.
Excellent service, great friendly people! Rich made sure we were satisfied. He recommended features we didn't know about, and worked to help us get what we needed and wanted. The installers were thorough and cleaned up afterwards.
Oh my I just had an awesome experience on the phone with Anya....unreal customer service. I'm having an issue with my microwave and Anya went above and beyond to just help me and be upfront with me on things. She looked up part prices for me to fix the issue, shared with me alternative options, went above and beyond to suggest what would be a good route to take and wasn't pushy with anything! Literally just saved me a $90 technician visit to fix an overpriced model of microwave I have that would be much more efficiently just replaced, rather than repaired.
