Confusing messaging about cost. There is a “time fee” where the first four hours spent are free. There is a separate “energy fee” of $1.00 per hour for the amount of consumption. This goes up to $10.00 per hour after the four hours of time.

Some horrible people illegally park their cars here and people that do genuinely want to charge their cars here cannot do that because there is no room to do that since random cars are parked illegally and not charging. 311 is useless in the city
