I failed to get his name, but the gentleman who helped me with my Dyson is great! He has vacuum cleaner passion. Seriously, I learned more about vacuum cleaners than I had ever known. I will likely never buy a vacuum from anyone but him. Sounds crazy but this guy is good. Knows his stuff. He fixed my Dyson while having a conversation about vacuum cleaners. It was like watching a guy take apart and clean a gun with a blindfold on.

I called this guy to get a repair for my vacuum and he made fun of me when I said I tried to fix it first and he just said you tried to fix your own vacuum? I guess don't ever fix your own vacuum is what he is saying. Why did I even call you??
Super nice service. He told me what was wrong with my vacuum just by looking at it. It took him 20 seconds to tell me everything that was wrong and what I had done to break it. And he was right. This guy knows vacuum cleaners. He is excellent at what he does.
