From the time I called and spoke with Susan about what I needed, to the young gentlemen, Knox and Brady, coming to the house and doing an exceptional job on my carpet and upholstery, I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience! Knox and Brady did a wonderful job! They were professional and friendly. I had a bad urine problem and they removed it completely. Has a fresh clean smell now. Thank you for a great job.

Today, we had our 2-seat sectional and carpet cleaned. Knox was very friendly and did an outstanding job! It was fun to see the difference between the "old" carpet/sofa and new -- the difference was night and day. Knox also recommended we get these cleaned annually, including having them pickup the carpet to bring to their shop. We plan on using their service again 12 months from now -- we can't recommend CertaClean enough!
