I am not one for writing bad reviews, but really feel I need to on this. Tornado hit my house March 14th in Arnold and it is now October 9th, and my house is still not complete. Only a couple small things left, but it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone here to work or respond to calls/texts. I was "promised" that this would be a stress-free process, and they would handle everything from beginning to end and have my house in move-in ready condition, this has not been the case at all. (the tornado took my porch and part of my roof and had tons of water damage and could not live here for a few months). I have had to constantly reach out to find... I have had to constantly reach out to find out when work would be done, as I was never provided with any type of schedule. Had to have all interior painting redone because they used flat paint without asking me what sheen I wanted. Fascia had to be fixed because it was not done correctly, and it still is not done correctly after being “fixed”. The painters did not cover anything when they painted, so I have paint splatter everywhere that I have spent many hours removing. My basement windows were not drywalled correctly and they would not open, so had to have them come back out to remove the drywall around the windows, but they have yet to come back to finish the drywall and make them look finished. I have multiple nail pops in my ceiling where they either replaced drywall or repaired. The way the drywall was cut around basement steps left large gaps when carpet was installed, so they had to come back out and put a trim along steps to make them look finished. Really just overall not happy with the quality of work or communication.
