Had a new heating and cooling system installed. The demo of the old and installation of new system went fine. There were a half dozen men on the job doing their assignments working professionally and knowledgeably on every piece of the install. All my questions were answered concerning the system. Michael Hillson did a great job explaining every aspect.
Got an 11yo hot water heater replaced. Central responded promptly, answered all questions, and gave several options. Came next day 8am and finished right on time. Their price was a bit better than Lowes. A week in and everything is smooth. A solid job!

When I called for an appointment after a brief talk and texting pics, I felt confident that Caroline understood my problem. I have an old house, with an old Veismann hydronic baseboard system. I was concerned about addressing the leak and the complexity of the system because it’s old. Once I talked to the Caroline , I felt more confident that they were going to send a right person to at least give me a quote for the job. When Abdel showed up to assess the leak he immediately gave me some options. He understood urgency of the repair and gave me a quote. They were slightly better price in the previous quote that I got from smother hvac comp... Phil O'Reilly got our heat working again and then did a thorough assessment of our system, which is 25 years old. He wrote a detailed description of his findings, providing a prospective sequence of upgrades that we might undertake, which was very helpful.
