Beware of this place! I took my 2 year old Dell laptop in for a broken screen (which they fixed), but a few weeks after using it the battery would die if not left plugged in. I have no proof that my battery was replaced with a old one because I wouldn't know what to look for as I am not a tech person. I just find it odd that my laptop now needs a new battery after bringing it here. I will never go back to this place. My advice for none tech person like myself, mark any parts that can be removed or replaced with your initials. Wish I would of thought of that before going there.
