I only went to this place just to see if they could use their hand held diagnostic scanner to see if I had any transmission codes. I was told the man who does it, took a car for a test drive, so I can either wait on come back. I left and came back. When I came back the receptionist ask the man who do the test, if he was able to do it, he ignored her while I was standing there. The lady then say he'll be with you in a second, even though he didn't say a word, then as I'm walking out to wait on him she says oh it's gonna be $45 for him to scan it and $65 for a print out. BAD ATTITUDE!!! BAD BUSINESS!!! My son is only 18 years old with no mechanical expertise whatsoever. He asked Mike to change his transmission fluid and to see where the other transmission fluid had possibly gone causing it to be low. I had no idea he had taken the car to Mr. Mike in the first place because the vehicle is registered to me not my son who is still considered a minor. He called my son to come and pick up the car on Friday stating that he fixed a couple of the codes and put the fluid in but that there was no other issues except to get his brakes checked .Two days later, my driveway was filled with transmission fluid. My son called Mr. Mike the following day on Monday and he told him to bring it back Wed. Today, Thursday he calls my son and says it's going to be another $250 to fix a pipe that was leaking and it had a whole in it. I went with my son because he is a minor to get a better explanation as to why he didn't notice the leak when he put the new transmission fluid in there. In return he began to get upset raising his voice stating that he told my baby to watch out for a leak. As a mechanic why would you fill it with fluid expecting it to run out and force him to bring it back to you for service. Everything he put in the car ran right back out. Why not fix the issue the first time and charge one set price which was my question. He began to yell at me that he didn't need any of this and that he didn't care and that he wasn't going to fix it. I told him he should care because thank God something didn't happen to my son instead. I told him that was fine and that my son was a minor and I didn't sign any paperwork nor pay him for service and that he was wrong for taking advantage of a minor. He stated that didn't matter either. I told him I was going to try to come to a resolution with him but his attitude and demeanor was a bit far too much and out of line. He got upset again and told his guys to put it back together and drop the car. My advice is that he's rude. No mam should speak to a woman in that form and I'm glad I went with my son because he would have taken advantage of him again. Could have ruined my vehicle completely and made it far more worse than when we started. Never recommending this company 🤞

My husband took his truck here and they replaced the transmission that had a year warranty on it. Before the year was up the reverse went out in it he called and they had him bring it in to replace and they kept the truck for over a year almost 2yrs and never fixed it even when we agreed to pay for labor which we shouldn't have to under a warranty...we called and called and he never would call us back. If I could give them a negative star I would! I would not recommend this business to anyone !!!! HE DOES NOT HOLD UP TO HIS WORD! Do not take you vehicles here!

After over 240 thousand miles on my original transmission it finally failed. I took my truck to Center Point Whosale Transmission for a complete transmission rebuild. I found the owner and all of his personnel very knowledgeable and polite. After the rebuild the lastest computer equipment was used to insure my transmission was functioning properly. The delivery time was one day earlier than promised. I would recommend this company and its personnel to anyone.
