On Monday, July 28 of 2025 i brought an extremely water damaged iPhone 14 Pro Max to this repair shop with very little hope that the phone was fixable. It was having a “panic-full-(current date and time)” data log every 3 minutes. It was crashing non stop and i couldn’t do anything about it, the water had infiltrated the housing of the phone to the point that there was water behind the glass in-front of the cameras that was visible from the outside. It was crashing non stop and i couldn’t do anything about it, the water had infiltrated the housing of the phone to the point that there was water behind the glass in-front of the cameras that was visible from the outside. I initially took it to Micro-center because they were closer to my location and i was desperate to have my phone fixed. Micro-center said the phone couldn’t be fixed. I took it to CELLUTIONZ and within 3 hours (which was over the course of 2 days because i brought it in right before closing on the first day so that’s totally fine), the gentleman behind the counter had that shit like it was brand new. I had called the man working on my phone immediately before they closed on the first day (which was like 45 minutes after dropping it off and calling him from a friend’s phone) and he said the charging port may need replaced which would be an upcharge, and i was okay with that, but he said he wouldn’t charge me if it didn’t make a difference to the functionality of the device. I go in the next day to pick it up and he tells me he continued to work on it and clean it and that he didn’t need to replace anything. This company goes out of their way to save their customers money and to provide a good experience. I highly recommend them.
