I strongly advise against using this repair shop. I brought in my laptop with minor water damage, expecting a straightforward repair. Instead, I was met with inconsistent information about the diagnosis and what was supposedly needed. They kept my laptop for an extended period without making any real progress, despite multiple follow ups. They removed parts unnecessarily, replaced components with ones that didn’t work, and returned the laptop poorly and lazily reassembled. There are also small nicks and damages on a couple places of my laptop that weren’t there before, as if it was handled carelessly. If you want a proper repair job, I strongly recommend going outside of Mississippi for better quality and service.

Brought in an Xbox to get the SSD replaced. Waited for weeks for the drive to supposedly come in. They told me to pick it up they couldn't replace the drive. These guys never attempted to do the repair the manufacturers seals were still intact inside the console and outside as well. DONT DO IT
