I have been coming to this place for the past 4 years to change my screen protector. It has changed owners about 3 times already. They have this deal you pay $40 ( almost triple the amount of a regular screen protector) and the next times you come ( lifetime) you pay only 10$ to change the screen protector. They have always honored this even though they have changed owners. I went in today January 24, 2020 and they told me they changed owners again and I would have to pay $40 to change out the screen protector. Don’t fall for their scam . Better to pay $20 for someone to fix it one time then to pay double and get scammed

They overcharge and will not refund (they will replace). I bought an iPhone cover at the kiosk for $30 (way too much and my stupidity to pay that much, but I was in a hurry). Later I found the cover blocked the camera holes. This is a basic thing to check, and the salesperson should have done it. They’re the experts. With reluctance, they replaced the cover, first trying to get me to accept shoddy replacements. Finally I agreed to take a reasonable replacement that they claimed was worth $35; a refund would have been better, despite their policy. I changed the screen of my S20 ultra in cellairis and with less than a week the screen appeared with a problem without falling without even using it patriciously I took them to see it and they asked me for a month to change it and still want to charge, more when I paid 370 dollars to change it didn't take me a month I went all in a week for being a new cell phone.

We popped back in and Javier was able to straighten it right out - even repairing something additional at no cost. Fantastic service.
