I brought my son’s old cracked phone in for repair. The first replacement screen took about 30 minutes and looked good at first, but it had a large dark spot and some apps weren’t visible. We were asked to wait another 30 minutes for a second replacement. When we returned, we were told the second screen also failed and the phone was now glitching.
At that point we had been waiting well over an hour, and I needed to run errands for my mom who just had a stroke. Since they weren’t able to repair it, we agreed to come back later to pick up the phone with the original cracked screen reinstalled.

As a business owner myself, I would have at least offered a small gesture, like a phone case, a screen protector, or something, for the inconvenience. Instead, Cell Phone Solutions offered only $5 off an overpriced phone case that costs far less on Amazon. It felt dismissive and showed little concern for the time we wasted.
I understand things happen, but one star strictly for the lack of customer service and dismissive attitude. I added a star for the initial effort in fixing the phone.

My phone was badly cracked from the back with an overheated battery, and no hopes of it being fixed, BUT they proceeded to replace my battery and the back of my phone AND still provided me with a new screen protector and a new case all for a good low price. I was able to get my phone back like new! They are very kind and did their job really good:) I would most definitely recommend and especially their screen protectors they’re very good quality!
