Luis was very helpful in several ways when I took in my grandson's tablet for a damaged screen. I took it in at 4 pm and it was ready by 6 pm. Reasonable cost for repair and Luis assisted in selecting protection to help safeguard if and when next accident happens. Luis was very personable as well as knowledgeable and insured a pleasant experience. I will come back.
Came in looking for help on a broken phone screen and left with a new screen, phone case and favorite place to shop on all my device needs. The customer care was something I was not expecting at all as most places nowadays seem to care little to nothing about that, but this business is clearly not one of those places as Omar was able to help me not only with my problems but left me with a great impression of who to look for my next time around. I had brought my iPhone 11 Pro Max to get the back screen repaired and when it was returned to me there were still rubber bands, excess glue, and it was not aligned properly. After my phone was returned to me it began to have problems with the sound and camera. After talking with the employees about the situation they told me it was their fault, and it wasn’t handled correctly. However a week had pass and I had to call the store to check on the status of my phone, and when I called they did not know which location it was at. Eventually I was told to pick up the phone at 3:00 at this location, and that the manager would need to hand the phone to me. I had to waste more of my time, because he had shown up at 5:00 and didn’t even apologize for the delay. We viewed the phone and it seemed to be fine at the moment, but before returning it to me he told me I had to pay $130 to get it back. No one had called me when the phone was being worked on and I never signed anything to agree on a form of payment. I was originally told that a specialist would take a look at the phone, and that the damages would be covered under warranty. He then told me if I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t agree on, he would have to “unfix” it before returning it to me. After waiting an additional 2 hours the phone was returned to me at no cost, but is now having the same issues. After calling the company they told me they would charge me $50 just to take a look at it, and would not fix it for free. Even though these issues had occurred after bringing my phone here. It really is a shame that after agreeing to fix the phone for free as it was covered under warranty that they still wanted to charge me. I use to trust this company with my products but after this hassle I would stay away. I sent an email and had asked for a call back from the owner, but I never got a response. I really don’t recommend coming to this place as they will not take responsibility for damaging your products, and will only waste your time and money.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this phone repair shop. I brought my phone in for a screen replacement, and the process took way longer than expected—almost a week! When I finally got my phone back, the screen was misaligned, and there were visible scratches on the edges. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. I also noticed that my phone started overheating shortly after the repair, which never happened before. When I asked about it, they just brushed it off. Definitely not returning here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

My brother took his cell phone to this location after less than two weeks, my brother went to ask for the diagnostic and pay his bill to have it fixed, arriving at this location they tell my brother that they are moving to a new locations and they put all the phone in a box in the warehouse (this is the address of the new location 12244 Montana Ave. #100 Next to walmart joe battle/montana) they tell him that they will look for the phone and they will call him back, Due to this my brother bought a phone while they re... I WANT A FAIR ANSWER!!!
