I had a very superior experience with these two gentlemen. The young man on the phone was extremely helpful and then I made my hour long trip to their shop. Glenn, the owner did a lengthy diagnostic on my phone and it turned out to be unrepairable. He did not charge me for his valuable time because he said I had made such a long trip to their store. Glenn did tell me what was wrong with it and why it couldn't be repaired. Very pleasant people, you can tell they love what they do.

I cracked the screen on my Galaxy S10 after 5 years of owning it. I thought I needed to get a new phone because it was "old", and when the screen broke it also wouldnt get cell service. I looked online and found Cell Phone Medic, and I'm so glad I did. When I walked in I was greeted by Glenn (the owner). We talked about my options and advised that diagnosing the cell reception and verifying functionality with a known good screen would be the first steps to resolving my dilemma. After making sure that my phone was able to be saved he found that he had a brand new OEM screen in stock! Great place they helped us when no one else would. Bill went way beyond to help us. In the end after multiple attempts AT&T wouldn't unblock our phone but Bill sold us a replacement phone and transferred all our info to it and we walked out with a working phone. Very satisfied with their service and will return when we need future service.
