Cell Phone And Computer Repair SPR Mccomb Ms

Took my daughter’s phone there to get the screen fixed and it worked fine. I put it on the charger and did others things. Checked the phone, expecting a full battery and the percentage is still at 1%.used multiple chargers that work on our other devices. I checked the battery settings on the phone and it stated that the battery is unauthentic and a non-Apple product meaning the battery was switched. I am pissed. Will be there 1st thing tomorrow to have the issue resolved, hopefully!

This is the worst place to take your phone. The guy who works here put my camera on backwards and still charged me. Terrible service.

I brought my phone in because it wasn't charging. He charged me $20 to clean the port and the speaker. When I got it back, my screen protector was full of bubbles and it wasn't fixed. So I was worse off than when I went into the store. He tried to sell me another screen protector for $10. He said he couldn't fix the phone then.

Poor customer service acted like the person would help otp & hung up no call back

The younger one that barely speaks English or so he says has attitudes and breathe smells terrible I have to hold my breathe every time I pay for something but above all they never open on time sometimes an hour late
