Best phone repair I've found yet!! Ryan & his business is outstanding to work with. He was able to accommodate me same day, to help out with a charging issue, very thorough in his diagnostics, and got me back up and running the same day.
My daughter’s phone screen was shattered after it was dropped on the floor to the point where you couldn’t use it. I made an appt and that night we were able to stop by and in 15 min Ryan had a new screen on it and it worked perfectly. My daughter was so happy! I definitely recommend this company. I called Ryan at 7:30 on a Thursday evening. He met me at his office and fixed my screen in about 10 minutes! No appointment. He was supposed to close at eight and still managed to fit me in. Absolutely amazing customer service!
This is THE place to go for your phone repair. Forget going anywhere else. They are talented, quick, efficient, and always provide great results. Skip the Apple Store and try Cell Medic. I had a iPhone 13 Pro Max that needed a new battery and Apple said they couldn't fix it. I called Cell Medic and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Installed a new genuine Apple battery in no time. Came to my work place and we're done in less than an hour. Apple just wanted to sell me a new $1,000 + phone. I will always recommend these guys. Talked with Ryan and he was awesome. Ryan is awesome! Called on a Sunday morning and he was at my house in an hour. He was able to replace the glass on my phone in less than 20 minutes. Extremely professional and thorough. Great workmanship too. Phone now works as good as new! He even offered to try some quick fixes before replacing the screen just in case we could avoid it. Obviously a man/business with integrity….he did not want to replace the screen just to replace the screen and collect on his services. I highly recommend Ryan and Cell Medic Phone Repair! Very reasonably priced and a huge value considering the level of service and convenience provided.
