Was told the manager might be able to fix my N64 and that they would call me the next day. Did not receive a call. I called back a week later and they said they could not fix it. I went to pick it up and they said it was not fixed yet, I told them I would just take it back. It was laying on the ground behind the counter; clearly not on their to do list. Would have appreciated an earlier call back to let me know they could not fix it. Surprised they said they couldnt fix it when there are tones of youtube video showing how to fix it; I just didnt have the tools...
