I brought my S23 Ultra in for a screen replacement and was never told that the screen they were installing wouldn’t match the original. Instead of the original edge-to-edge curved display, the new screen has a thick black border around the edges, which completely changes the look and feel of the phone. I was never informed I had the option to request the OEM screen, and now I’d have to pay another $350 to fix what should have been done right the first time.
The day after I dropped my phone off (which they said it would be ready by then) they told me that their supplier sent the wrong screen, but they...Do not trust this place with your phone.

I had to reach out myself to figure out what was going on, which only added more time to the already long wait. At no point did they offer a real solution or take responsibility for the poor communication.
To make things worse, they cracked the back of my phone during the repair. They did replace it, but it was still careless. They also offered a screen protector as an apology but didn’t check what they were ordering. It turned out to be one that required UV curing to install properly, and they didn’t have the tools or know-how to do it.
Their communication was terrible throughout, and they were often closed during posted business hours, which made following up a nightmare. I left feeling misled and ripped off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This entire experience felt unprofessional, disorganized, and misleading. I regret trusting them with my device and strongly advise others to stay away.

Might be great. I don’t know. Store was closed during regular business hours. Guy who answered the phone said he left to pick up his son. Either post a change to your business hours or leave a note on the door. Didn’t have time to wait around.

My son broke TWO ipads to the point of no return... or so I thought. The screens were in PIECES and whatever was left of the screen was faulty at best.. I took them into Cell Doc not expecting much after being told they werent fixable, but Fadel was there and assured me he could fix them and he did just that. Big thanks to Cell Doc. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!!

It wasn't a bad price having both screens replaced. I see now it's a running theme for an android phone that they screw it up. Just like another customer that had there's fixed min experience wasn't different. Screen isnt the same as the original curves so its hard to have it respond. They screwed up my camera which sounds like its on purpose hearing others. Forgot to take the covering off and then it doesnt focus as it did anymore. Had to run back 4 times. I had to go to another repair place to reglue the screen coming off since i wasnt gping back yet again. It hasn't even been a long time and both screens are both broke.
