Best place to get printer repaired. Most computer places don't repair printers anymore. Had it back in top shape for low price. Have used them several years before on another printer. Same top quality repair.
Would not recommend this place. Had a CPU overheating issue that I was assured was fixed and after 130 dollars of "Services", my CPU has not be fixed at all.
I called a tech to my business because my printer was not sending or receiving documents. The tech could not repair the problem with my printer but he was able to switch my PDF documents to adobe, which was nice of him but unnecessary. More importantly it did not fix my problem!! They charged me $120.09 for an hour (35 minutes) of unnecessary services! Nice tech but terrible business. I will not use them again!
Call this morning. Lady was rude. She acted like she didn’t want to talk to me. Or like she didn’t want to deal with me. She could’ve been nicer I mean I wasn’t rude at all I was trying to know if they handled Microsoft surface go 2 tablets.
