Thanks so much for the professional and timely hvac install. Mark and his trainee were experts and friendly. Mark had great ideas for the most efficient install. Both answered questions and provided information to make the current and future process comfortable. They were clean and expeditious. They did everything necessary to make the process a great one. Heidi and Mike were knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful every step of the way with choices and Costco rebates. Thank you!

Just had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced Wow what a great job Mark and his helper did! This company delivered from the first phone call to install. It was so easy and we could not be happier. We found them through Costco which had a few perks They were fast, friendly, efficient and I feel competitively priced They took great care of our home. Mike and Heidi Poole and their crew are flat out the best. The true apex of professionalism and courtesy and quality. They not only install the best equipment, they service their products as well. I have had a new AC put in, done other business with them and recently had a new furnace installed (today). When I called, Mark J answered the phone and was immediately attentive and was at my house within one hour. My furnace had a significant leak and was emitting dangerous carbon monoxide. Great job on responding to my furnace needs and getting me taken care of. Of course my 30-year old furnace dies when it drops to 0-degrees outside. I called a couple other places. One came by, told me it was dead, and didn't quote a price...said their comfort specialist had to call me later, make an appointment, and consult me on the best option. Huh? We're still waiting for the call. In the meantime, we saw the furnaces on Costco, made the inquiry, and got a call first thing on Monday. You sent someone, we got a quote there, and had a new furnace in the next day. Done! You rocked!!

Excellent service from the start Garrick assessed our AC unit and furnace and explained the best way to go was replacing the AC. He was our point of contact and was professional, honest and detailed in information about the process.Heidi was helpful with getting the finance paperwork through. A plus service and glad to have a new AC installed and highly recommend them. I will be using them for my matainence service.
