I've worked hand in hand with a lot of the subcontractors that were hired by this company and CCI swears upon that they do install themselves in house. There is no structure nor good quality of work as I know a lot of carpenters who've worked for them. They are flat out terrible. It's sad to see that such a wonderful company in the prior years was sold to the hands to someone who knows absolutely nothing about carpentry and cannot provide proper procedure's how to install any of the materials they sell. I advise you to only purchase but to never get an install from CCI. From their work I have seen and have worked alongside while on property.... I have a close family friend that is currently working with them and for one window after purchase takes more than 7 months to get done. I was told sometimes a full house will take over two years. Ask around first prior to working with this company. They will take your money and run.
