Mike did a great job. Had a company come out and say the fireplace couldn't be fixed and would need a new one. Mike fixed within minutes and they were 2 easy fixes.

I called looking for a quote/information on a wood burning place. Mike/CCI only does gas and new construction. Regardless, he took my call and gave me great expert advice on what would work, and what not to waste money on. That type of transparency is what you want in a contractor. I would definitely work with him.
Mike came out and immediately diagnosed the issue with my gas fireplace. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend him. Thank you!
BEWARE OF GOUGING! If we could give zero stars we would. Although Mike seemed competent and knowledgeable, he was also arrogant and defensive. The initial service call was $700 for 45 minutes work. ($250 Yearly Service, $400 Replace Pilot Assembly, $50 Replace Flex Hose). Upon finishing, the pilot was blasting but the main flames were minimal, which Mike said was what we could expect with a builder grade fireplace (and the cheap mantel, as mentioned by his assistant). My husband asked him to come back because the vents were very hot to touch, because of the large pilot light flame. He actually had to call him twice. Upon his return visit ridi... BEWARE OF GOUGING! My husband asked him to come back because the vents were very hot to touch, because of the large pilot light flame. He actually had to call him twice. Upon his return visit riding up in the elevator, he immediately informed my husband (1) stating that any further call would cost money, (2) again demeaning the existing quality of our fireplace. I was not present for for first visit, so I asked why the pilot light assembly was $400 when it was available on Amazon for $49 - $99 retail, he stated that his quality was much better and his cost was $212 wholesale. He took offense to the question and glared at me for even asking. He said he has to make money somewhere because labor isn’t enough to make money; $250 for 45 minutes. He was defensive defending his $700 charge, and asked us to ”Do him a favor, and not to call him again.”
