We hired Caton's Plumbing to replace a single pipe connected to our boiler. Before the plumber, Chuck, arrived, our boiler was fully operational — no issues whatsoever. After he replaced the pipe, he informed us that our air scrubber was leaking. This was not the case before his visit. When we turned on the heat the following day, none of the pipes were getting warm. We called for a second visit, and the office representative, Deborah, confirmed there would be no charge since the work was under guarantee. Highly DO NOT recommend this company unless you want to be lied to about what services are included in what you pay for, even when they’re written explicitly on the invoice. I had a main line clog and when the plumber came to my house, we went through what was included in the payment of over a thousand dollars, where he explicitly wrote on the invoice before I signed ‘camera scope included.’ When I called the office to see when the person who runs the scope would come, April the office woman had the nastiest attitude, started arguing with me and rudely exclaimed that they only come to scope when the know I’m paying for the repair job. I am a retired plumber with 37 years in DC. I replaced sewer lines from house to property line dozens of times. Jamaine from Catons Plumbing came out and cameraed my line. He gave me a fair quote and we went with them. Bamba and Feme did my 10’ deep 46 ‘ long replacement in 2 days. They took care of my yard, did a great job. Very polite, skilled and hardworking. We were very happy with them. The office could have been better with communicating.

So reliable. It’s awesome to have a place I know I can call and have someone over the same day.

I had a gentleman name Henry come out and he was very polite . Him and another gentleman with him provided the best customer service I have ever received. They found the leak I had quickly. I am more than satisfied with their service. I truly recommend them . Thank y’all .

It was great to have David here to help me out with the leak legit and found the problem in the leak and fixed he's a pro at what he does straight up about everything.

Signed a contract with Catons Plumbing to replace my sewer line from where it leaves the house to the street. It was a nightmare! When they came out to do the work they told me I would have to remove a number of large trees before they could access the old sewer line. Once I had done that they told me I had to give them $3000-$4000 under the table so the guys on the excavator could jump off and cut through the tree roots to access the sewer line.
