Technician was great and professional but very overpriced. I was desperate and wasn't in a position to shop around so ended up paying $750+ for a toilet installation...ouch

I hired this company to install a sewage pump after consulting with their plumber on which pump to purchase the pump they usually use. I paid $1,000 in labor alone for an installation that took under an hour, only to find out the float switch was installed incorrectly and wouldn’t activate. They came back to fix it but left without resolving the issue. When I called again, they wanted to charge me an additional $400 to correct their own mistake. I escalated to customer service and was transferred to the main office, where I was promised a callback that never came. Between the faulty installation, the refusal to make it right, and the complete lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend this company. Save yourself the headache. Also please use Angi or Thumbstack to find plumbers in your area. I got quoted for $150 for the same thing I paid Catons $1000 for.
