Back in February 13 2019 they installed my water pump. Efficient, honest, great price, friendly and courteous. I usually work on my own car but brought it here because of referral! I met the Owner & son and felt very comfortable and they did not give me run around! I have hard time trusting honesty n over pricing! Glad I came here!! Thank you again..I'll be back

Five Stars for Castle No price gauging. Family owned and operated. You’ll not find to many shops like this around They are truly a remarkable and they are so honest! Integrity is hard to come by nowadays because everyone wants to make money. Castle is definitely not a shop to pass up.

I've never experienced such bad customer service. I drove into the establishment hoping to inquire about getting my vehicle serviced.
As I sat in my car, I noticed two workers engaging with another customer. One the service people kept looking my way but never once acknowledged me. I sat there waiting for them to finish up, as they finished up with that customer, they both looked at me and went into the garage as if I was invisible or didn't exist. That was the most disrespectful, rude, and inconsiderate for a place of business to treat a potineantal customer.
Avoid this place of business for a "drive up".

I had my brake pads and rotors changed here. The owners family is very kind and have always been helpful with car needs. Brian was particularly helpful and ensured that the repair was done in an efficient and timely matter. The price was also extremely fair and every step of the repair was explained which made it easy to understand! I appreciate their hard work!
