BEWARE****I paid 300 for an OLED screen. They tried to give me LCD. I caught them and made them take it off. We decided I will trade my phone for the smaller model they had (benefit to them) once I got home I saw that I was given an older model iphone after I was specifically told that it was the same iphone as mine. Went back, had to fight tooth and nail to get my original back WITH THE OLED SCREEN I PAID FOR. Finally got it done. Notice a black spot on the screen, thought it was apart of the update until I noticed it spreading and distorting images. Messaged the owner sam about it, his worker told me it was called pixel burn. They tried to tell me it’s from pressure being on the phone. Well, I have had this iphone well taken care of before I let you crooks touch it. My screen is also separating from the phone now because they did not put all my screws back in place. I should have paid my phone company the money to fix it. He even tried to give me the screen off of one of his worker’s phone. They will talk to each other in their language to talk around you, watch them. I thought they were good people, nope. Would not recommend. They are slick and dishonest, shop else where if you can. 1/5 stars from me.

Do not come to these people. Please don’t.
I had a shattered IPhone 13 and they told me they would fix everything for $300. $380 later, I have a phone with NO FACE ID, NO GPS, A MESSED UP BATTERY, A VOLUME BUTTON THAT DOESN’T WORK, AND TEMPERATURE WARNINGS. Not to mention the defective otterbox he gave me. Then he proceeded to replace the defective case with a fake otterbox, claiming it’s genuine.
This is a lesson for me, and hopefully for everyone reading. Never trust a place that has “no refunds” written only on the receipt, but not the stall itself.

I had a cracked screen on my Google Pixel 7 Pro, that prevented the touch sensor from working. Asurion was charging $250 to replace and install the screen. The cheaper option was buying the screen offline through my insurance and finding someone to install it. The problem is, everyone was charging $150+ to install the screen I paid for. I must’ve went to 20 different cellphone repair shops before I ran into these guys at the west county mall. They offered to do it for $50! They discovered an issue with my new screen connecting with my phone. They kept me informed every step of the way as they troubleshot the complication. But they never gave up. They eventually got it to work and now my phone is as good as new! Excellent service and communication! Very swift and direct process without trying to hustle me for anything. I respect that. I’ll be shopping with them for all other needs now. They are a reputable seller, 5 star ⭐️ 💪🏾

Sam and Nid have a repair Kiosk at West County mall and I trusted them to replace the back glass on my iPhone. They gave me a really good deal- salvaged a phone that I thought I would need to replace for a low price. I would trust them again and I'm writing this review so I can find them back in case they move next time I need repairs.

Had an issue with my iPhone 16 Pro Max display and Repair Master handled it smoothly. Sam/AJ was great — polite, quick, and knew what he was doing. Definitely recommend. I attached the before and after.
