Execeptional quality and service. Competitive pricing. No skimping. Three coats of finish. Jason, Rob, Nick, Alex, and the entire crew were true professionals. Always available for consultation. On time, diligent, organized, with no wasted time or efforts. Thorough clean-up. The system they used allowed for minimal dust and debris. We were initially hesitant to undergo such a big project (1800 s/f refinishing and 2 rooms of new flooring) but the crew made it worth it. Took 9 days. Love it.

Great work by Nick and the rest of the crew! We got three other quotes, but only Jason Carter took the time to check our slab for flatness. The other contractors just said "it'll be fine" without checking anything. The Carter crew spent a day and a half leveling our floor, and their extra effort shows in the end results. Our hardwood floors are perfect!
