I Found Car Star Employee from the Receptionist Mrs. Barbara, Chris, Mrs. Barbara’s Daughter in the Back office and last but not least Mr. Konrad, professionalism and empathy towards my particular experience was above and beyond what I expected. We were pleased with the service we received from CAR STAR. Barbara is very personable and her customer service is excellent. She explained everything that she was knowledgeable about with us and made our experience very pleasant. Kevin had a question regarding hub caps and Doug came right out to visualize and says he will address the issue promptly. I must admit that I was not happy when I went to CARSTAR. I was rude and owe them an apology. However within 24 hours my insurance company had been notified of all damages and charges. CARSTAR was WONDERFUL !!!! I would and will absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. I stand behind the decision to work with them 100%.

This is the second time I have used car star for a repair on my vehicle. I was so impressed by my first experience that I chose to use car star again. My car was returned to me an immaculate condition. Even the tires were shined! They are very easy to work for and are very fair with their pricing. My car now looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I couldn’t be happier. I recommend car starch to anyone needing bodywork done on their vehicle.
