Wanring! Be extremely wary of this place.. These guys made a post on instagram, stating that if you followed them, liked the post, and tagged three friends, they would randomly pick a winner at the end of November to win an ounce of Silver. I participated, and checked in every week or so after to see who the lucky winner was. I was in the market to buy my fiancé an engagement ring.. We found these guys via a referral from a jeweler in Reno, they do fantastic work! Great communication and deliver on time with quality results. I have no qualms about recommending them for repair sales.

I am so very happy with the work they did for me. I have a custom ring that was given to me and it needed to be sized. I wear this ring every day, and it had seen a little wear. She originally told me to give her two weeks. 5 days later she called that my ring was ready. Not only had she sized it perfectly, she polished it to new! The photo on the red pillow is the day I dropped it off, the other is afterwards. I am so happy with it!

I brought an Accutron watch that I wanted to hand down to my son in for repair. Staff there said it would have to be sent out and would be $500+ to repair due to its tuning fork adjustment. Months later it was returned and ran fast. Went back to the jeweler for another stretch of time for more off-site tuning. I eventually gave up on ever seeing it again: my son got the phone number of the actual repairman who met him at a coffee shop to return the watch. It’s dead, and I’m out over $500. Caveat emptor.

Todd and Charaé are the jewels! I had a terrible experience at the jeweler in Gardnerville (one piece ruined during a repair and the other repair lasted three days) so I was a bit nervous with my valuable and sentimental pieces. Todd and Charaé are warm and professional, knowledgeable and fun. Charaé did exactly what she promised and repaired both of my items beautifully and timely.
