Initially, I cleaned my carpets with a machine rented from a hardware store. I couldn't get the traffic areas clean. I was lucky to find Carpet Medic. Dan's powerful truck mounted cleaner did the trick. I'm totally satisfied with the results. I, also, appreciated that there were no surprise charges. Carolyn Mueller
We had our carpets and sofa cleaned last week. What a breath of fresh air. We have had 2 other popular companies do the same, but Carpet Medic is by far the BEST. The gentleman who did the work was very cordial and efficient. We will definitely call them next time.
They cleaned my 600 sq ft apartment and it appeared that they scrubbed in lines 2 inches apart! The apartment was very clean and they locked the door for me after they finished the morning service whileI was gone at work, just as I requested. I recommended them to my new landlord and they cleaned a 2-storied house very well. They arrived late, however, and should have offered a discount to my landlord in order to keep her business. Since I only paid for my apartment, I was very pleased with them and would use Carpet Medic again.
