Ross assisted us with our kitchen and laundry room flooring. He was knowledgeable, patient, and experienced. He was able to show us options for our project and took the time to understand what our needs were. He made a frustrating process to that point for us, very manageable. Not only did I walk in every time greeted with a smile and them approaching me to see how they can help me, they took the time to find the perfect carpet match for my home, and took the time to walk me through the process & answer any questions I had. I worked with Michael and he was amazing to work with!
Micheal was very professional when we came in. He explained our options well and did not push us one direction or another. He only provided excellent expert knowledge. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
If I could I would give them 6 stars.I had bought carpet from another company and scheduled to have it installed, after a month and some change of waiting we scheduled for install and the company no showed, we rescheduled and they no showed again. We decided to get a refund and called around to see who could help us in a timely manner. Chad from The Carpet Garage talked to me right away. He went the extra mile to come and measure for the carpet. We picked out our carpet that day and luckily he had talked to the installer and he could put it in this week. It is now installed and looks beautiful!! Thank you Chad and the team at Carpet Garag... Chad over at Carpet Garage was awesome to work with. Highly suggest to go there for your flooring needs before going to the big box stores.
