Amazing job on my dryer the warranty company has a great company here. The owner himself came out and asked questions determined what was wrong with the unit , told us the part needed then explained the process to us.
The office then reached out to us polote and professional as could be , amazing communication, in a few days and scheduled the install. A tech came out and was very polite installed our part then tested our machine. He told us he was finished and area was clean. I would highly resend them to anyone thank you Carolina Appliance Repair amazing team and job.!!!

Matt showed up on time with a smile and a bag of problem solving skills that were phenomenal. He had a gift for thinking outside the box and interacting with the consumer. His tenacity fixed my Whirlpool refrigerator, and everything worked perfectly after he was finished. While working, he answered all my questions and showed the utmost care for my home. He deserves a round of applause for a job well done.

One star review for this horrific company and their employees. They text a link that says I can track their employee then when the employee doesn't show up at the time it says and you call asking about it, they tell you that it doesn't mean anything and they'll be there when they get there. Both scott, im assuming the owner, and kelly/ kaylee something were rude. I was happy to cancel and reschedule with another company. Check out the reviews on yelp. Seems they're well known for rudeness.

Seems as though ive struck a nerve here - i had tried to call them the day prior 5 different times. Left messages and texted...One star review for this horrific company and their employees. If you want to use a tracking app, great, but have it actually be accurate or don't bother using. It said you would show in 30 min. 30 min later it said you would show again in 30 minutes. Its not illegal to leave reviews when the service is horrible. Lowes has them as a service company so I was sure to let the customer service rep know about the situation when I was rescheduled with a different company.

Washing machine wasn’t put back together. The dial doesn’t operate as designed and is glitchy. All the while we haven’t heard a word from the tech and the company doesn’t answer the phone unless it is before 1530 and after 0900.
The major issue though is the job is incomplete and not done properly. Very agitated due to poor communication and incomplete job. I just verified I have zero text, calls, or emails as of 1659. There are also photos below of the difference just in appearance alone of the dial in question. Would add video but unable to do so.

Amended again because I found more damage and moved it back to 1 star.
The last two photos these parts had zero damage. The quality of work from Nolan was abysmal. The soap dispenser tray doesn’t operate any longer. If I could give zero stars I would.
Update owner is doing a great job and appreciate the quick response. Will update once repairs are made. However, the owner is a stand up person and honored his word. Very pleased with the response so far.
