Carib Pest Limited are a cut above the rest. They deep cleaned my home twice. I found the team exceptionally professional and efficient. They arrived punctually in both occasions and were really courteous. The manager that supervised the team provided exceptional service and patiently answered all our questions about the deep cleaning process. I was also able to pay with a credit card. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and an efficient team of service providers.

Beginning with the evaluation, I knew I wasn't dealing with a fly-by-night company but a proper professional business.
I was short on time and needed an immediate inspection. Caribpest gave me a same day inspection appointment and they came prepared. A thorough inspection of the property, inside and out, was done using both visual inspection and an infrared/thermal device. The inspectors were very knowledgeable about termites and knew exactly where to locate them. Inspector Shereese, even found termite tracks in my mango tree. True experts!

An assessment was made of what was needed and a course of action was given via email...pricing, level of treatment and warranty. 👍🏼
The job was done the next day with complete professionalism. The workmen cleaned up after themselves too. Shereese, the office manager and inspector, even did a walk through to ensure everything was done properly and to the plan that I purchased.
I love Caribpest's website with it pricing calculator which is very close to the actual price. They have the BEST prices in town and are just very pleasant and professional people to work with....THANKS!

The total experience has been SUPERB. From the call to the office, to agreeing to an appointment date and time, to the punctuality of the assessment team and the completion of the assessment, which includes the use of electronic technology with laser light to check for termites, to the provision of the quotation and clear explanation of what would be done, were of the highest professional standard. I was thoroughly impressed such that I was prepared to cancel the appointment I made with another provider of the same service.

Following acceptance of the quote and agreement to engage the service, everything went like clockwork. The service has been first class. I now await to see how effective the treatment will be. However, there is a 5 year warranty on the work, which is good to have. I can certainly recommend this company. The employees are mist courteous and the Managing Director/Owmer visited the site and engaged with me to explain the process and expectations. Excellent, excellent, excellent.
