Nick came out and deep cleaned my carpet, as well as some carpeted stairs. He put up some wall guards so the equipment wouldn’t damage anything and was very kind during the service. He was very thorough too, even moving a couple things to clean parts of the floor that were covered. It looks amazing and smells fresh! Hilah also was delightful when helping set up my appointment and confirming the time. Thank you guys!!
My experience with Cardinal started with Mark who spent time walking through the house, viewing the vents, showed us a video and gave us a great bid. Zach was the tech that cleaned my vents, including the cloths dryer and we couldn't be happier with the results and with Zach. He was prompt, very courteous/friendly, and professional. We had our air ducts cleaned, which had never been done. They were filthy! We had a team of 3 to perform the cleaning. They were respectful of our home and told us what they were doing each step of the process. They were thorough! It was worth every penny to have this work done. Thank you, Tyler, Zach, and Eric.
Zach was professional, friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable and the scheduling was easy. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would highly recommend Cardinal. May need to schedule them for carpet cleaning.
I used the air duct cleaning, the sanitizer and the dryer vent cleaning in early November 2025. Mark came out and gave me a detailed quote, and gave me a price immediately. I was impressed with the cleaning and the quality. Zach did a thorough job and went over everything he did. I will definitely use Cardinal Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning again, and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.
