Zach was wonderful!!! Had all of our needs met in under 30 minutes. Cant recommend him enough. He really knows what he’s doing and is very nice/polite while doing it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Zach was very professional & his team performed a great install. We’ve had our new unit for a couple of years now and literally no issues! Zach checks up on us too from time to time. Best choice we could’ve made! He made a bad experience turn into a positive one really quick!

It is so rare to have A service man come promptly so we very much appreciate Zach Brown at Caprock services. We feared having to have a new air conditioning unit installed, but Zach found a wire that had come loose and put it back together so we have air-conditioning again~ Without having to have a new unit! ♥️ Thank you so much, Zack!
