Very satisfied with my experience with Capitol Fence. Competitive pricing, good communication, good quality build, and very receptive to any questions I had before/during/after.
Capitol fence installed 2 gates from us and they have been great to work with throughout the process and for whatever service items we have needed since then. They are always on top of it and get the problem resolved quickly. Highly recommend!
Capitol Fence installed fences at my last three homes. They always provide quality workmanship, arrive on time and stand behind their products. Randy was a delight to deal with and addressed any concerns I had.
I have used this company for many years at many locations and they have always done an incredible job! They are always available for questions and they listen to your concerns, and always address any issues quickly. They are professional and diligent in their workmanship. They respond rapidly with quotes and are fair priced. I would highly recommend them! I've never had a bad experience in all the different fences they have installed from iron to wood to field fencing! They are the best! Randy, Martina and Dylan as well as all the employees that I have worked with are amazing!
Mike and Alex are a good a fencing company in Austin Texas. I've been in Austin over 40 years, and I have built a few. My standard for quality is high. However five years ago when I rebuilt my fence at my house in Rollingwood, I got to where I was happy when a fencing company would simply show up when they said they would. So, last year, when I had project to build a metal fence at the country place out near Marble Falls, I was worried. I had about an acre to fence, and it had to be sturdy enough to keep the cows out, and look real good around the house we had spent almost two years designing and building. I knew it was going to be expensive. Even the "cheap" bids I got were expensive. When I got a hold of Mike, I was kinda hoping he would work out, because he is such a likable guy. I called 5 references, and references for Mike were pretty much "walks on water". But they didn't seem to be relatives, so I gave it a shot. Mike spent a good deal of time working with me on the design no renumeration at all. When we had settled on the design and materials and it came time to put down a deposit to order the steel, I did so with confidence.A couple of days later, after talking with my wife about it, I got buyers remorse. We had been spending money like it was going out of style. I called Mike and asked if it was too late to get the deposit refunded. Naturally, he asked me why, and if I was sure. But after convincing him that I was sure, he said 'No problem Dave - call me back if you change your mind." Bear in mind... I had already signed the contract. He really could have kept it or at least a portion of it. I really wouldn't have blamed him, because he had already spent some time. I told him I would at least get a coupon for a nice dinner at Trulucks for his trouble, but a few days later I got the full amount in the mail. A few weeks later when I had some to my senses I called him back . Showed up when they said they would, and finished within their estimate. After it was completed, neighbors top in the street and compliment us on it. My friends would lean up against it, give it a little shake, then a little push, but it doesn't budge. Solid, high quality construction - and a good looking fence..
