After my HP Envy laptop stopped working in January, Capitol Computer & Network Solutions in Santa Fe was exactly what I needed. ANI did a wonderful job recovering my files and kept me informed throughout the process. DUNCAN was consistently helpful with scheduling and coordination, and BRIAN patiently walked me through where my recovered files were on my external drive. My experience with the entire team exceeded my expectations. I recommend them highly!
Called to have a battery replaced on my laptop. Got a quote for $300 plus diagnostics of $90 for a simple asus Battery replacement that required removing eight screws on the case, eight screws on the battery, unplugged and plugged back in. Went to computer guru and for $60 took less than 30 minutes and works perfectly. Do your due diligence and shop around
I had to get my cpu rebuilt and the team at capitol computer did an excellent job! They were also really forthcoming and knowledgeable. Pleasure doing business!
Fantastic service. Duncan and Nathan were so personable, and got our job done quick! Glad that Nathan likes dogs because our three are a HANDFUL! He quickly made friends with them while he made sure that everything was up and working correctly, and had some fun stories to tell while he did so!
