Great service, reasonable prices and quick... what else can you ask for? The salesman even took me into the back to demonstrate what I will need to do when I get my parts home. Awesome!

Although my frustration lies with GE, we had a very nice technician out 6 months ago. After paying $450.00 for labor plus the part, after this short 6 months the same part is out. They offered to replace the part but 65.00 to diagnose and again will charge for labor. At something that was done exactly 6 months ago. That absolutely does not sit right with me.

Mark was a gem, did a great job repairing our dryer and not overselling us on unnecessary repairs. He ordered a replacement part and returned right when it arrived. He stayed and tested the machine to ensure it was working, and also talked me through the quality appliances in our home, what we might expect to repair in the future, and answered my questions about recommended brands should we have to replace. I can tell Mark is an expert in home appliances.
