I'm back! I've doubled back because of another experience with Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg. My wife was on the market for a vehicle. Since Mr. Clay Crozier took care of my wife and I before, it only made sense to go right back to him.
One of the things I admire about him is that he honors his word. He doesn't say one thing and do another, unless it is even better than what he originally stated. Another is that he is an efficient man; we didn't waste time getting to what we came to him for. Also, although we ended up coming to him sort of late, he was the last man standing and didn't gripe about the time even once. When he would be out of the...I'm back! When he would be out of the office, he wasn't hard to reach and pointed us to the next in line so that the process wasn't held up when he was out on professional leave. The man knew the lot like the back of his hand in terms of what was there and what Canon had to offer in general. If there was something he was unsure about, he was honest, but he also got the answers we needed not long after.
As I stated last time, I actually enjoyed purchasing a vehicle due to the experience this time around; I speak for the Mrs. when I say this much. My family has Clay in mind when it comes to getting right treatment, a patient-oriented process of buying a vehicle(s), and feeling confident about the choice we made. It is if Clay understood how important customer service was and he delivered like he knew it. I've already made several references to him for people on the market and I hope they go see him and see what I mean. Thanks again, Mr. Crozier!

Michael McCoy was a pleasure to deal with. I had to work so I didn't have time to go up there and sit and wait for the process to be completed. I went after work and we were done by 6. He turned me onto a beautiful car that I am so excited about. If you want a car you should go see Michael!

I purchased a car from them late July 2025. Within the first two weeks the car was making a noise. I took it back to them. They kept it about two weeks. I got the phone call saying it was ready. I go to pick it up and was told by a service man that they're waiting on a part for my steering wheel and when it comes in I can bring it back and they'll pop it right in. I said ok and took the car home. As I'm driving home, I hear a totally different noise than what I originally brought it in for. I take it back up there and I was told it was the brakes, which was one of the problems from the first time. My car was never fixed properly because if...I purchased a car from them late July 2025. How they're not good, they rip people off, they get over on people, etc. I took a chance on them despite what I've heard from some very trustworthy people. But I totally see now. I have a car that is being financed and it may break down on me or have me in a wreck since it's the brakes🤦♀️
I'm going to start a litigation process because Cannon Toyota don't want to repair this lemon they sold me. Going forward I will never buy another vehicle from them and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I should have listened to what was said about Cannon. Cannon shouldn't sell used cars until the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected. It's not fair to sell a car with problems and not repair it, if you do that first I wouldn't be where I am now. Whoever Brady is, thank you for making me a very unsatisfied customer.
